In the case of the database connection type, the JDBC driver is used. The drivers are included in the delivery. The procedure must also be used in the case of the Other JDBC connection type, while the driver must be installed manually and the URL for creating the connection must also be set. Starting a task via this type of connection takes place in phases:
- Creating a connection
- Running the SQL statement
- Waiting for completion
The task is successfully completed if its execution is carried out without raising an error (exception). Any error messages and messages are recorded.
